Artist in Residence - Burnt Sienna Art School Berlin
We have rolling deadline for artist working in oil paint to join the studio. Please fill out the form below. A decision on applications is made by the founding artists every 2-3 months.
what we provide: Beautiful and inspiring oil painting studio space in a vibrant active art school in the heart of Neukölln. Inclusive of but not limited to the following equipment: easels, desk space, wall space , storage space, glass palettes, drawing boards, studio rags, tea, coffee, chairs, internet, library and all other basic equipment. Artists will need to purchase materials for their residency and fund travel and accommodation in Berlin.
Residencies periods vary between 1 to 6 months
On approval of the residency period, the artist is obliged to pay a studio fee to cover running costs.
We require each artist to provide us with 4 -5 images of artworks for our channels plus a profile image for our website.
